registered trademark may be
transferred to another person or entity for all or part of the goods and service codes for which it is registered.
First of all, a mutual transfer contract must be made between the transferring and the transferee party.
Legally, it can also be applied to brand-name brand applications, but this is not recommended, because there is no guarantee that the mark will result in registration.
If there is no consensus on the opposite, the transfer of a business includes the trademark assignment. While the transfer process is being carried out, the trademark assignment must also be made on the register of the Turkish Trademark and Patent Authority.
