A design registered for 5 years may extend the protection period to 25 years for each 5 year period.
The Rights Obtained via Design Registration in Turkey;
- Can be multiplied with licensing,
- Can be transferred,
- Can be subject to material and non-pecuniary compensation rights,
- Can be put in pledge.
All rights can be claimed against third parties again by registration.
